3 drops blue Food coloring

Preparation steps

1.
Cut four slices from the banana and set aside for the garnish.

Place the remaining banana in a blender with the milk, lime juice, ice cream and blue colouring. Blend until smooth then pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved banana slices.
