500 grams green Asparagus

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad: Trim the woody ends from the asparagus. Place in a pot and cover 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) of water. Bring to a boil, and season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and the sugar. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and place on 2 plates.

2.

For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk 4 tablespoons of the asparagus water with the Fleur de Sel, vinegar and argan oil. Drizzle over the asparagus and serve.
