Preparation steps

1.

Rinse asparagus, peel the lower third and cut off the ends.

2.

Cook asparagus in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes.

3.

Mix together vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and olive oil.

4.

Drain asparagus and mix with the marinade while still warm. Serve sprinkled with capers, basil leaves and lemon zest.
