75 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
3 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) on the convection setting.

Boil the macaroni in salted water until very al dente. Heat the cream in a saucepan, crumble in the Gorgonzola and mix in the grated cheese. Rinse the thyme, shake dry and add the leaves to the cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta. Mix with the sauce and pour into greased cups or ramekins. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
