1 pc fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
2 tsps white Tea
1 Tbsp honey
1 lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the ginger. Bring the ginger and 1 liter (approximately 1 quart) of water to a boil. Let cool slightly, to about 75°C (approximately 170°F). Add the tea to a tea strainer, then add to a pot, and pour the water over it. Let steep for 2 minutes, then remove the tea. Mix in the honey, and chill completely in the refrigerator. Mix in the lemon juice. Pour into glasses filled with ice, and serve.
