Preparation steps
1.
Place the matcha in a cup and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of cold water. Heat 200 ml (approximately 1 cup) of water to 80-90°C (approximately 175-200°F). Pour the hot water over the tea. Stir vigorously, until no lumps remain. Sweeten the tea with the rapeseed honey. Chill for about 1 hour.

Serve over ice, garnished with rapeseed flowers.
