2 slices Pineapple (canned)
4 Tbsps sugar
¾ l boiling water
Ice cubes
Fresh herbs (such as mint, Greek mountain tea)

Preparation steps

1.

Pour the boiling water over the tea and let steep for 5 minutes. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Pass the tea through a fine strainer, add the pineapple, and let cool.

Mix the sugar and lemon juice into tea. Fill a few glasses with ice, and pour in the tea. Garnish with the herbs, and serve.
