Preparation steps

Peel the hardboiled eggs.

For the batter, whisk the egg, stir in the flour and milk, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until slippery. The batter should not be too firm, but viscous. Dip the hardboiled eggs into the batter and fry in hot oil (170°C, 340°F) until golden brown for about 2 minutes. Then drain on kitchen paper.
