Preparation steps

Heat olive oil in a pan, crack the eggs, and add to the pan. Add the chives, salt, and pepper. Stir, over medium heat, until the eggs have scrambled.

Divide into 4 servings, garnish with freshly cracked black pepper, and serve immediately.
