- 600 grams Sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 80 milliliters olive oil
- 100 milliliters sweet white wine
- 50 grams golden raisin
- 40 grams Pumpkin seed
- 350 grams Filo dough

Peel, rinse and slice sweet potatoes. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic and potatoes for a few minites. Deglaze pan with wine, add raisins and pumpkin seeds and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C convection.
Grease pie dish with oil and line with filo pastry sheets, brushing each sheet with oil. Season sweet potatoes with salt, lemon juice and pepper and spread on pastry, crumble feta over it and fold in overhanging pastry. Brush pie with oil and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
