250 grams Turkey cutlets (thin slices)
4 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps light soy sauce
250 grams lamb's lettuce
2 Endive
1 red Bell pepper
200 grams Buttermilk
3 Tbsps sweet and sour Chili sauce
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with the soy sauce and toss with the turkey. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Rinse the lettuce and spin dry.

3.

Rinse the endive and remove the leaves. Remove the leaves and cut into quarters.

4.

Rinse the peppers and cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Mix the buttermilk with the chili sauce and the remaining lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Remove the turkey from the marinade, pat dry and cut into strips. Cook in hot oil while stirring for about 5 minutes. 

6.

Toss the lettuce with the endive and peppers. Add the turkey slices and serve with dressing as desired.
