- 4 Pike fillets (with skin 150g)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 80 grams butter
- salt
- peppercorns
- 1 handful lamb's lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 button Mushroom
- 1 Endive
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Sprinkle the pike fillets with lemon juice. Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Line the rim of a bowl with the endive leaves. Rinse, core and cut the tomatoes into wedges. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into thin slices. Mix the salad and spread over the endive.

Melt the butter in a pan, add and the pike and 1-2 tablespoons of peppercorns and saute until cooked through, turning once, 3-4 minutes. Drizzle the salad with vinegar and top with the pike, peppercorns and pan juices. Serve with fresh white bread.
