- 120 grams Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Cress

- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 Tbsps Shelled pistachio

Preparation steps

Cut the endive in half lengthwise. Cut out the hard stalks and cut into strips. Mix with the drained pineapple cubes.
2.
Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice, watercress, salt, pepper, and sugar. Drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve immediately.
