- 3 tablespoons Soy milk
- ¼ cup Elderberry juice (sugar-free)
- ½ cup Mineral water carbonated (ice cold)
- 1 Elderflower
- : Ice cubes
1 Measuring cups, 1 Cocktail shaker (or a screw-top jar), 1 Glass (preferably highball)
Shake the soy milk with elderberry juice and ice in a cocktail shaker (or in a farm with a lid).
Pass mixture through a sieve into a glass, top with sparkling water and garnish with the elderflower.
