Kitchen utensils

1 Blender, 1 Knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Sieve, 1 Peeler

Preparation steps

1.

Put the defrosted peas into a blender jug. Cut the avocado in half, remove the core, remove the flesh from the skin and also put it in the blender. Salt and pepper, add 1 tbsp. lemon juice, puree finely and set aside.

2.

Drain the beans, wash them, drain them and puree them together with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and the olive oil. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Clean and wash the radishes and put half of them aside. Finely dice the remaining radishes. Mix the chives and diced radishes into the bean puree, add salt and pepper and set aside.

3.

Cream cream cheese with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash the cucumber and slice lengthwise into fine strips with a peeler. Cut the remaining radishes into fine slices. Wash the dill, shake dry and pluck off the tips.

4.

Spread the bean purée evenly on 4 slices of bread. Place 1 more slice of bread on top of each and spread the pea puree on each slice. Arrange the remaining 4 slices of bread on top.

5.

Spread the 4 bread cakes with the cream cheese. Garnish with cucumber strips, radish slices and dill tips and serve.
