1 bunch Radish (with beautiful leaves)
1 small red onion
12 ozs ripe large Avocados
2 small Limes
3 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
1 garlic clove
½ bunch cilantro
salt
1 generous pinch Cumin
1 pinch Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps

1.

Clean and wash radishes and chop 3/4 of them; reserving leaves. Finely slice the remaining radishes. Clean a small handful of radish leaves, wash, shake dry and chop finely.

Peel onion and dice very finely. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon, sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice and mash with a fork. Mix with yogurt.

Peel garlic, chop finely and add to avocado. Wash the cilantro, shake dry, pluck 3/4 of the leaves and chop finely. Add to the avocado cream together with the diced radish, onion, and radish leaves, and mix everything.

4.

Season guacamole with remaining lime juice, salt, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with radish slices and the remaining cilantro leaves.
