- 1 bunch Radish (8 ounces)
- 7 ozs Cherry tomatoes
- 4 ozs black Olives (pitted)
- 3 ozs Anchovy (in oil)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- sugar
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce, spin dry, and tear into small pieces. Rinse and cut the radishes into thin slices. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Drain the olives and anchovies.
2.
Transfer the lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, and olives to plates. Whisk the oil with the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Whisk is parsley and season.
To serve: Drizzle salad with dressing and garnish with anchovies.
