- 200 grams Wild garlic
- 600 milliliters Beef broth
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
Preparation steps

Rinse the wild garlic and cut into strips. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the wild garlic and cook until wilted.

Stir in the broth and cream, and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Serve in soup plates.
