- 500 milliliters Beef broth
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps olive oil (cold-pressed)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse wild garlic and cut into strips. In a saucepan, heat oil. Add wild garlic and cook until wilted.

Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in cream and puree soup until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and nutmeg to taste. Divide soup among bowls and serve with fresh white bread, if desired.
