1 Fine grater, 1 Peeler, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 large Pot (with lid), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Small bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Fine grater, 1 Peeler

Preparation steps

Trim crusts and cut bread into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) cubes.

Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a non-stick pan and toast the bread cubes until golden brown. Remove from pan and let cool.

Peel ginger root and finely grate. Heat remaining canola oil in pan and cook the ginger briefly.

Add the frozen spinach and the broth. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with a little milk until smooth, then stir with the remaining milk and the cream into the spinach mixture. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
