16 ozs plain Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids, chopped)
½ cup smooth Peanut butter
2 Tbsps butter
½ cup powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat and pour into the base of 12-18 bun tins, only barely filling the bottom of each tin. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Beat together the peanut butter, butter, and icing sugar until light.

Place a small tablespoon of peanut butter into each chocolate lined tin then bang the tin on a hard surface several times to flatten. Freeze for 15 minutes.
4.
Spoon more melted chocolate on top and bang the tin on a hard surface several times to flatten. Freeze for 15 minutes to set the top layer of chocolate.
