- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup creamy Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsps butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 cups mini, semi-sweet Chocolate chip

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 375º F / 190º C. Line a standard size muffin tin with 18 foil or paper liners.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl. Beat butter, peanut butter and brown sugar in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and milk; beat until smooth. Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture; beat until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared cups, filling 3/4 full.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Serve.
