- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ¾ cup smooth Peanut butter
- 1 cup soft light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ⅔ cup Dark Chocolate chip
- 1 cup Peanuts

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350F° and line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper.
2.
Cream together the butter, peanut butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until pale and smooth; 2 - 3 minutes.
3.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix again until incorporated. Fold through the flour and baking soda until the dough comes together, and then fold through the chocolate chips.
4.
Drop tablespoons of the dough onto the lined baking trays, flattening them slightly. Stud with peanuts and bake for 16 - 18 minutes until golden at the edges and set.
5.
Remove to a wire rack to cool before serving.
