- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ cup caster sugar (scant)
- ¾ cup Chocolate chip
- 6 Tbsps crunchy Peanut butter
- ⅜ cup sunflower oil
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup milk
- To garnish
- ¾ cup Chocolate chip
- 48 unsalted Peanuts

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan oven) 400F gas 6. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
2.
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl and add the sugar and chocolate chips.
3.
In a large jug mix together the peanut butter, oil, egg and milk and mix together with a fork.
4.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stir gently to combine.
5.
Spoon the mixture equally between the muffin cases.
6.
Bake for 12 minutes, then sprinkle with the chocolate chips and peanuts and cook for 5 more minutes until the muffins are firm.
