80 grams small Pasta
salt
1 onion
1 garlic clove
450 grams chickpeas (canned)
60 grams Pastry flour
1 handful freshly chopped parsley
1 egg
1 tsp ground Cumin
Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
Pastry flour (for dredging)
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, and drain.

Peel the onion and garlic, and finely chop. Drain the chickpeas well and crush finely in a bowl. Add the onion, garlic, flour, parsley, egg and cumin and season with chili, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well, mix in the pasta and chill covered for about 1 hour. Then shape the mixture into approximately 16 small patties. Roll in flour and fry in batches, until golden brown, in a pan of hot oil on each side for 3-4 minutes. Serve.
