400 grams Chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
150 grams Peanuts (roasted)
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
300 milliliters Coconut milk
salt
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic. Core and chop chile pepper.

Mix peanuts, garlic and chile pepper with soy sauce, sugar and about 100 mL (approximately 3-1/3 ounces) of the coconut milk. Purée, bring to a boil and stir in remaining coconut milk.

Cut chicken breasts crosswise into strips, season with salt and place on wooden skewers.

4.

Heat oil, and sauté chicken for approximately 4 minutes, turning the skewers.

5.

Serve cooked chicken on skewers with peanut sauce on side. Pair with rice or white bread.
