- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 Chicken legs (ready to cook)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 8 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 bunch scallions
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse rosemary and shake dry. Peel garlic cloves and cut into sticks. Place garlic under skin of chicken legs and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and mix with lemon juice. Place chicken legs in a baking dish, cover with rosemary sprigs and pour melted butter mixture over top. Cut lemon into thin slices and add to the baking dish. Rinse scallions and cut in half lengthwise.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, arrange on plates and serve.
