- 250 grams softened butter
- ½ bunch Wild garlic
- 2 Tbsps chopped Fresh herbs (such as Chives, parsley, lovage)
- 1 garlic clove
- salt

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the garlic. Grind the garlic into a paste with the salt. Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry, and finely chop. Using an electric mixer, mix the softened butter with the herbs and garlic-salt mixture. Season to taste, using more herbs or salt.

Line a rectagular pan with plastic wrap. Spread the butter evenly into the pan. Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. It's better if the chill time is 2-3 hours. Alternatively, you can place the butter in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the dish, cut into pieces, and serve.
