4 slices Smoked ham
½ Apple (cored, chopped into thin wedges)
1.333 cups Cheddar cheese (sliced)
1 handful Spinach (baby leaves, stems removed)
3 cups salad

Preparation steps

1.
Slice open the baguette lengthways, stopping short of cutting all the way through. Spread thinly with butter and cut into four equal parts.
2.
Place the ham, apple, cheese and spinach in the baguette pieces.

Serve the sandwiches on plates with the loose-leaf salad.
