- 1 cup Low-fat yogurt
- 100 grams sour Cream (10% fat)
- freshly ground pepper
- mild Curry powder
- 2 Red Bell peppers
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 small, canned Sweet corn
- 1 large, tart Apple
- 500 grams soft Sliced cheese (such as Emmentaler)
Stir together yogurt, sour cream, salt, pepper and curry. Chop up dill, setting aside some for garnish, and stir into the yogurt mixture.
Rinse and chop the peppers. Peel cucumber, remove seeds and slice. Drain corn. Rinse, seed and cut the apple into small slices. Dice the cheese.
Combine all prepared salad ingredients, distribute on plates and drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with the set-aside dill. Serve with hearty rye bread, as desired.
