2 sub Rolls (or hero)
4 slices Provolone cheese
6 slices deli ham
1 fresh Tomato (rinsed; cored and diced)
1 small, green Bell pepper (rinsed; trimmed and diced)
1 small onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 handful black Olives (pitted and sliced)
1 handful fresh Lettuce
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
olive oil (to drizzle)

Preparation steps

1.
Layer cheese, ham, tomato, peppers, onion, olives and lettuce on the cut side of the bottom half of the roll. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle to taste with olive oil. Place remaining half of roll on top of layers, transfer to a plate and serve.
