1 Tbsp White vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and finely dice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel the garlic, and finely dice two of the cloves. Mix the tomatoes, onions, diced garlic, basil, vinegar, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

2.

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or in the oven until lightly browned. While still hot, rub the bread with the remaining garlic cloves. Arrange the slices of bread on a plate, top with the tomato mixture, and serve immediately.
