1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup unsalted butter (cut into 1 inch squares)
16 ozs baking semi-sweet chocolate (broken into pieces)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup flour
½ cup Chocolate chip
½ cup butterscotch chip

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Place sugar into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Add butter and broken chocolate pieces to a sauce pan. Melt over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Pour the melted chocolate over the sugar and mix together.

Whisk in the eggs.

Add in the vanilla and continue to whisk until batter is well combined and smooth.

Slowly fold in the flour and mix until completely incorporated.
7.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
8.
Sprinkle the chocolate and butterscotch morsels over the top of the batter.
9.
Bake in the preheated oven until brownies begin to pull away from the edges and are set in the middle, about 1 hour.
10.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
