Breakfast Porridge with Nectarine
Healthy, because
Even smarter
The nectarine is low in acid and therefore easily digestible - so it's great for the little ones among us! In addition, the fruit provides the antioxidant vitamins C and E. Thus, the body cells are optimally protected from damage.
No milk should be added to the porridge with nectarine - this is to ensure that your baby does not absorb more protein than necessary. In addition, the body can better absorb the iron from the cereal if the porridge is prepared and fed without milk.
