- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 150 milliliters water
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Sift flour with salt and sugar in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough with water, form into a ball, cover in plastic wrap and let rest for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Rinse, trim and chop scallions.
3.
Cut dough into 10 pieces and shape into rolls by hand. Flatten slightly and sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds. Roll up into worm-shaped roll.
4.
Heat oil in a pan and fry bread rings on both sides in portions until golden brown. Then put on a greased baking sheet and cook until done for about 10 minutes in a hot oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from oven and serve.
