- 2 slices fresh Pineapple (with rind; each about 100 grams)
- 1 ½ Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 3 tsps liquid honey
- 1 scoop Ice cream (vanilla)
Preparation

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Apple corer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 shallow Plate, 1 Brush
Preparation steps
1.
Peel pineapple slices and remove cores with an apple corer.

Roast sesame seeds in a pan until lightly browned and fragrant. Place on a flat plate.
3.
Brush pineapple rings with honey on both sides and press into sesame seeds. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
