Preparation steps

1.

Split ciabatta rolls open, leaving one side intact. Rinse lettuce and shake dry. Rinse pea shoots and shake dry. Dice blue cheese. Dividing evenly, fill ciabatta with lettuce, pea shoots and blue cheese. Top with walnuts, drizzle with honey, season with salt and pepper and serve.
