Preparation steps

Rinse and trim all the lettuce. Remove the hard stems fif necessary, pat dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Mix the lettuces with the walnuts, and arrange on plates. Crumble the cheese over the salad.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, with the vinegar, mustard, honey, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well until combined. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and serve.
