Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate and candy melts in 2 separate heatproof bowls over pans of simering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat.
2.
Pour the white chocolate into the tin, then drizzle the pink candy melts over the pink chocolate, leaving some of the pink exposed.
3.
Sprinkle with the strawberries and leave to set.
