- 2 ½ cups Pine nuts
- 8 Tbsps unsalted butter

Preparation steps
1.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Heat the sugar in a pan without stirring, until it becomes a liquid, golden caramel.
3.
Add the pine nuts and butter and stir until the butter is fully absorbed.
4.
Pour onto the baking tray and leave to set. Break into bite-size pieces.
