11 ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
5 Tbsps dried Cherries (roughly crushed)

Preparation steps

1.
Line a 25cm|10" square baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Heat the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water, stirring gently until just melted. Remove from the heat.
3.
Pour into the tin, shaking to level the surface. Sprinkle with the cherries and leave to set at room temperature for 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into squares when set.
