Beef and Veggie Saute

Heat the peanut oil in a wok or frying pan/
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry. When soft add the beef strips and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the sliced peppers and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring the peppers and beef so they do not stick to the pan or wok.
Add the soy sauce and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
Spoon the beef into bowls and serve immediately with the rice.
