- 3 ⅓ cups lean Steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 3 green peppers (thinly sliced)
- 1 red pepper (thinly sliced)
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- Rice (cooked as per packet instructions, to serve)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the peanut oil in a wok or frying pan/
2.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry. When soft add the beef strips and cook for 2 minutes.
3.
Add the sliced peppers and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring the peppers and beef so they do not stick to the pan or wok.
4.
Add the soy sauce and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
5.
Spoon the beef into bowls and serve immediately with the rice.
