- ⅓ cup Peanuts (roughly crushed)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ¾ inch fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Rice wine
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 8 Tbsps Nut oil
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- crushed Red pepper flakes (ground)
- 2 ⅔ cups Beef (e. g. rump; thinly sliced)
- 1 cup King prawn (ready to cook, chopped)
- 4 cups Oyster mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Zucchini (finely sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
For the dressing, whisk together the peanuts, garlic, ginger, rice wine, soy sauce, 4 tbsp oil and the lime juice. Season to taste with salt and chilli.

Fry the other ingredients one after other in a hot wok, each in a little of the oil, as follows: beef (approx. 1 minute), prawns (1 minute), mushrooms (1-2 minutes) and courgette (1-2 minutes).
3.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, mix together and arrange on a serving plate. Pour over the dressing, cool to room temperature and serve.
