250 grams wax beans (Yellow beans)
250 grams green Beans
250 grams Whipped cream
½ cup Crème fraiche
1 bunch Dill
2 tsps Mustard
salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beans, snap ends and cut into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long pieces. Cook in salted boiling water about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water and drain well.

2.

In a saucepan, mix creme fraiche with cream and mustard. Cook over low heat until warmed through. Rinse and finely chop dill. Mix dill into sauce.

3.

Season with salt and pepper and whisk until foamy. Divide beans among plates and top with herb sauce.
