1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tbsp honey
4 sheets Spring roll dough sheet
Peanut oil (for frying)
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chile peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into fine strips. Peel banana, cut in half lengthwise and brush cut surfaces with lime juice. Drizzle bananas with honey, sprinkle with chile peppers and put together again. Place a banana at the center of each spring roll sheet, tutn in edges and roll. If necessary, moisten the edge and press down.

Fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve while warm with chocolate mousse if desired.
