Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 240°C (220°C in a fan oven), 475°F, gas 9 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.

Mix together the garlic, lemon juice, oil, curry powder, paprika and chilli sauce, and season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix the prawns with the mixture so that they are coated all over, and transfer to the baking tray. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
3.
Serve garnished with coriander and lemon wedges.
