1 large yellow onion
2 per tbsp parsley and oregano (freshly chopped)
100 grams Feta (diced)
200 grams small shrimp (or crab)
1 kilogram Tomatoes (skinned, seeded, cubed)
1 slice toasted Toast (diced)
50 grams Parmesan (freshly grated)
3 Tbsps olive oil
125 milliliters white wine
2 garlic cloves
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the onion into strips. Rinse the shrimp.

2.

Mix the bread with the garlic, parmesan, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

3.

Preheat the oven.

Saute the onion pieces in oil, add the diced tomatoes, cook, then add the herbs and feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Spread the mixture into 4 ramekins. Distribute the shrimp mixture in the ramekins. Sprinkle with cheese crumbs and bake on the middle rack for a few minutes.  Serve.
