1 Roasted Chicken (1.2 kg)

1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
300 grams Greek yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse roasting hen and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.

Peel onion and garlic. Finely chop onion. Peel garlic. Rinse parsley, shake dry and finely chop leaves. Mix yogurt with onion and parsley. Press garlic through a garlic press into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir well. Coat hen on all sides with yogurt marinade.

Wrap hen in a generous amount of parchment paper and seal well. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3-4, fan: 180°C) (approximately 400°F), about 50 minutes. Open parchment paper and bake 20 minutes more.
