- 1 tsp Caraway
- 50 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- Sea salt
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps Dill (chopped)
- Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the beets, and boil in salted water with the caraway seeds for 40 minutes. Remove from the water and peel. Halve and slice the beets.
2.
Mix the yogurt with the creme fraiche and dill. Add the sliced beets and lime juice. Season to taste with the salt and red pepper flakes. This can be served warm or cold.
