- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Turmeric
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion and garlic, chop fine and sauté in hot oil over low heat. Stir in turmeric and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
2.
Pour onion mixture into a mortar and rub into a paste. Mix into yogurt and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
